The Ideal LS (Ideal List Server) is a powerful email list server for the Windows platform.  This software allows you to manage your email lists so that you can better target your users with appropriate information.  The Ideal LS is a scalable system that allows you to send a large volume of email if necessary.

Based on the latest technology
The Ideal LS is based on Microsoft .NET technology and has an easy to customize front end interface that is accessible through the web.  It allows your users to easily modify their subscriptions options.  It also allows administrators the ability to configure the server and send new emails through the same web interface.

Integration with the Ideal BB
The Ideal LS LITE version is included in the Ideal BB CORP and DEV versions and allows the bulletin board to send email through the Ideal LS rather than sending email directly from the board.  This improves scalability for the bulletin board by offloading email from the web server.  The LITE version does not include the Ideal LS front end and can only be used in conjunction with the bulletin board.

This full version of the Ideal LS also allows you to send emails to the bulletin board to create new topics, respond to topics and manipulate the board.  This features increases access to the bulletin board by leveraging email as a client.
