Requirements
In order to use the Ideal Bulletin Board, you will need to meet the following requirements. The requirements are likely to change as more features are added. If you have any specific questions regarding requirements, please post them to our message forum.
Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 6, Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 servers.
Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or 2000.
Full Text Search capability (installed on SQL server.)
VBScript 5.5 or better
IIS 4, 5 or 6.
ASP 2.0 or 3.0 (preferably 3.0 or greater.)
ADO 2.5 or greater
Administrative rights to the web server and SQL server.
Working knowledge of SQL and ASP to install the product.
Note: You will need to install an Active X COM object on your server in order to utilize the full functionality of the Ideal BB.
